Year in year out consistency has been the name of the game for this team. It’s just a matte of time before a Captain of the Year Cup Division win will be added to this teams accomplishments. What In The Spread? We fished a pretty standard circle hook ballyhoo spread using the Shimano Torsas spooled with 30- or 40-pound test. The backup pitch rod was spooled with 50 and a larger ballyhoo. For teasers were running ballyhoo and mullet dredges and squid chains. ¨¨Wave Pave Technique This year we just kept at it and never gave up even though the fishing was pretty bad in the Bahamas. We had plenty of chances in the Green Turtle leg”we lost a big one that managed to corkscrew the circle hook, not only straighten it but bend it over 90 degrees, and also had a run of bad luck on a couple more where everything was going right.
