May 29, 2015- InTheBite had a chance to stop in and see John Vance with Jim Smith Boatworks and take a look at the construction process of two new builds going in the shop. Here are a few images of the new 86′ Sapelo scheduled for splash in late July. The owner has a large family with kids and she is being built with this in mind. The large galley, spacious cockpit and split stateroom layout will provide all the comforts from a truly custom sportfish.
