Tuesday July 7th:
- Early Boat Arrival
- 6 pm – 10:30 pm: Crew Fest Party! Presented by Galati Yacht Sales and Viking Yachts. Casino Night – Great Food – Drinks – LIVE music with Sam Glass and featuring the Triple Crown Challenge Fighting Chair Contest (Private – located at Heron Point)
Wednesday July 8th:
- 10 am – 5 pm: Team Check in and Optional Entry Registration at Tournament Headquarters (New Marina Office)
- 4 pm – 6 pm: For the Ladies! Lucca Boutique Blue Marlin Cocktail Party. (located on Main Street at The Wharf)
- 4:30 pm – 6:15 pm: Team Owner / VIP Reception (Private – located at Heron Point)
- 6:15 pm – 7 pm: Tournament Rules Meeting at Tournament Operations (second floor).
- 7 pm: Kick-off Party at Compleat Angler/Bimini Bob’s Presented by Hancock & Whitney Bank (Private)
- 7 pm: LIVE music with the Sam Glass Band, Wharf Street Party and Billfish Outboard Boat Show on Main Street
- 9:00 pm: The One and Only – Miss Billfish Contest on Tournament stage – Presented by Lucca and Pelagic
Thursday July 9th:
- 8 am – 10:30 am: “Get Your Game On” Team Breakfast Presented by Dog River Marine Complex – Tournament Ops
- 8 am – 11 am: Final Optional Entry open at Tournament Headquarters (Marina Office)
- 12 noon: Boat departure from the Wharf Marina (Flare launch)
- Orange Beach / Gulf Shores Billfish Boat Parade – Canal Road
- 6 pm: Sunset Festival with LIVE Music with The Brian Hill Band , Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Outboard Boat Show
Friday July 10th:
- 6 pm: Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Outboard Boat Show
- 7 pm: Weigh-In Spectacular – Presentation of Colors; National Anthem; Opening Intro Video Presentation
- 7 pm – 10 pm: Tournament Weigh-In presented by Saunders Yachtworks and hosted by Jim Cox
Saturday July 11th:
- 5 pm: Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Outboard Boat Show
- 5 pm: Weigh-In Spectacular – Presentation of Colors; National Anthem; Opening Intro Video Presentation
- 5 pm – 10 pm: Tournament Weigh-In…“The Greatest Show in Sportfishing!” – hosted by Jim Cox
- LIVE Television coverage on Mobile’s NBC 15 WPMI – Tell your family and friends to tune in and watch!
- 10:00 pm: Announcement of the Tournament Champions
Sunday July 12th:
- 9 am: Awards Ceremony Presented by Spectrum Resorts and Gulf Coast Triple Crown Championship breakfast – across from the Wharf Ferris Wheel on Main Street
