Bayliss Boatworks delivered the 64’ Lor-A-Di—now renamed the Is That So—in February of 2018. The product of 49,900 man-hours, this Bayliss was purpose-built for fishing and entertaining. Built the cold-molded way – with a triple layer of planks and 100 percent epoxy resins, the cabin, bridge and all bulkheads are built with Okoume plywood and Core-Cell A-500 foam.
The boat’s cloud white hull is paired classically with a black and gold boot stripe and bottom paint. She has a full faux teak package – the transom, toe rail, helm pod, drip molding, and salon door are all faux teak. The flybridge is a custom Bayliss Boatworks center console layout with many customizations.
The 64’ Bayliss features a full tower and buggy top, complete with controls. Her cockpit has plenty of space. The mezzanine area features custom Bayliss Boatworks freezer and refrigeration systems. The cockpit features tackle storage, on deck live wells and a fighting chair with rocket launcher – a package ready to accommodate the owners’ diverse fishing aspirations. For stability, she is equipped with a Seakeeper 16.
The interior is bold and classic. Four-inch teak plank flooring stands out and teak veneer ably complements the true standout – polished Lemurian blue granite that is installed throughout. The salon includes a custom layout to optimize hospitality. The galley boasts a suite of high-grade features. The lower level optimizes both storage and guest space featuring three staterooms and two and a half heads.
