Watch out for Philly crock selling items on this site

Wanted to give all the heads up and watch out for a crook ( john Dougherty) selling items on this sites classified. I attached a link to items he still has on here

In purchased a helm chair from this guy for 2000 dollars plus 250 for boxing up and shipping. Long story short, it arrived damaged and john was little help, I went back and forth with ups for two months to get damages paid. UPS store agreed to pay 450 ish dollars as a settlement and sent the check to John ( since he was the ups store customer). john received the check and told me to get lost that he was keeping the check because he sold the helm chair to cheap and to sue him and hung up. Watch out for this crook. I have notified In the bite folks and he still has a post up
