Full time Mate/Deckhand position but possibly could hire a couples team for the right couple with a Stew/Deck/2nd fishing mate being the other position available

Private 65’ boat and smaller boats, day use only no one stays aboard
Inshore and Offshore Fishing Experience needed but doesn’t have to be extensive experience, most fishing trips are easy inshore light tackle, spin and some fly.
Varied program depending on location, expect some casual lunch and other cruises too not just fishing
Daily duties include routine cosmetic upkeep and cosmetic maintenance on boats, prep and cleanup for trips, keeping tackle and boats organized, stocked and ready
Opportunity to captain smaller boats and possibly more if qualified, learn engineering/mechanical side of things if interested as well as some light boatyard work in shoulder seasons
Must be responsible, reliable, personable, have a good attention to detail and a hard worker.
Very casual and fun family atmosphere
Summer Nantucket, Spring/Fall Charleston SC, Winter South Florida/Keys/Bahamas
Shoreside private housing in each location
Pay commensurate with experience
