This is a full time opportunity with annual salary, full benefits, 401K, health insurance and vacation time. Private 62’ Viking based out of Jupiter, Florida is looking for a good deckhand who wants to fish. The boat fishes almost every weekend of the year.
– Winter schedule includes fishing tournaments in South Florida
– Summer and fall schedule includes fishing the Southern Bahamas
– The right candidate will enjoy fishing for everything from yellow eyes to blue marlin
– During tournaments a 2nd mate is added
– Kite fishing proficiency is a plus
– Willing to teach the right candidate but prior fishing experience is a plus
– Mate will also assist captain with maintenance and upkeep of vessel
– Position is available immediately
